Mission and Vision
Mission: The mission of The Way Back Inn is to rebuild lives damaged by addiction in a personalized healing environment.
Vision: Create an environment where men and women’s lives are transformed and relationships are healed. The Way Back Inn and Grateful House recovery program focuses on the integration of the body, mind, and spirit.
The Way Back Inn and Grateful House serves adult men and women who are suffering from alcohol, drug, and gambling dependence. The overall goal is to help clients achieve continuous sobriety. Every client is treated with dignity and respect.
Philosophy: The programs are based on a recovery model that is holistic, utilizes multiple evidence-based treatment modalities, and multiple professional disciplines to provide a well-rounded treatment approach to support individuals in making life style changes that minimize the effects of their illness, and facilitates informed decisions about continuing abstinence, sobriety, recovery and mental health stability.
Holistic approach includes: process group therapy and individual therapy, didactic group (Matrix Model), family support (group and individual), yoga, art, music therapy, spiritual, 12 step networks, life skills, self care, and daily life function (housekeeping, cooking, budgeting, and work-life balance).
